Pennsylvania Dog Law Enforcement Office handles enforcing licensing and control of dogs,

Note that barking dog concerns are a municipal issue addressed by ordinance.

Originally founded by District Attorney Brendan Vanston, the Humane Society of Wyoming County has served the community for the past 35 years. In that time, its been a fixture at the Wyoming County Fair, Founders Day, Christmas in Our Home Town and Nicholson Bridge Day. HSWC is a volunteer-run, 501 (c) (3) tax exempt corporation.
